WHISTLEBLOWER POLICY

FOP JIM FOGLEMAN LODGE #50 FOUNDATION INCORPORATED
Purpose
The Five-0 Foundation is committed to lawful, ethical, and responsible conduct. This policy provides a mechanism for individuals to report concerns regarding suspected misconduct without fear of retaliation.
Reporting Concerns
Anyone associated with the Foundation may report concerns related to:
- Financial improprieties
- Violations of law or policy
- Abuse of authority
- Ethical misconduct
Reports may be made to the Board of Directors or a designated officer of the Foundation.
No Retaliation
The Foundation prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports a concern or cooperates in an investigation.
Confidentiality
Reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality to the extent reasonably possible.
Investigation
All reports will be promptly reviewed and addressed by the Board or its designee. Appropriate corrective action will be taken when warranted.
