The Five-0 Foundation is a grantmaking 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports law enforcement officers, veterans, first responders, and families in need by funding trusted charitable partners. Through mission-aligned grants to children’s hospitals, veteran support organizations, public-safety charities, and educational initiatives, we help resources reach where they matter most.

On February 26th, during the Board of Trustees Conference in Daytona Beach, the Five-0 Foundation, in partnership with FOP Lodge 50, proudly presented a $10,000 donation to Florida State FOP Chaplain Tracy Plank. The contribution supports the ongoing mission of the Florida State Fraternal Order of Police to honor fallen officers and stand beside their families in times of need.
As Chaplain Plank recently shared, “Your support allows us to continue honoring the memory and sacrifice of those who gave everything in the line of duty.”
This partnership reflects our continued commitment to remembrance, unity, and standing behind those who serve — and those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
The Five-0 Foundation, in partnership with FOP Lodge 50, is proud to announce a $10,000 contribution to LEAF Palm Beach County in support of local law enforcement officers and their families facing serious injury, loss, or significant hardship.
