The Five-0 Foundation provides charitable grants to qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations whose missions align with public safety, family support, education, and community well-being. As a grantmaking foundation, we focus on funding organizations with proven capacity to deliver direct services and meaningful assistance to individuals and families in need.
Our funding priorities include:
Public Safety & Critical Incident Support
We fund nonprofit organizations that provide assistance to law enforcement officers, first responders, and their families impacted by line-of-duty injuries, critical incidents, or significant hardship. These grants help ensure timely support through established charitable programs.
Children’s Hospitals & Pediatric Care
The Foundation supports children’s hospitals and pediatric healthcare organizations that provide medical care, research, and family support to children facing serious illness or injury. These grants help ease the burden on families during challenging times.
Veteran Support Organizations
We provide funding to charitable organizations that serve military veterans through wellness programs, transition assistance, family support, and community-based services that honor their service and promote long-term stability.
Education & Scholarships
The Foundation supports educational initiatives and scholarship programs that advance learning, leadership, and service-oriented careers, including those connected to public safety and community service.
Community-Based Charitable Initiatives
We also fund nonprofit organizations that strengthen communities through outreach, charitable assistance, and programs that promote care, resilience, and public trust.
How Our Funding Works
The Five-0 Foundation does not provide direct services. Instead, we steward charitable contributions through responsible grantmaking to nonprofit partners with demonstrated missions and impact. All funding decisions are reviewed through Foundation governance processes to ensure alignment with charitable purpose, accountability, and effective use of resources.
