The Five-0 Foundation is governed by an active, volunteer Board of Directors that provides oversight of the organization’s mission, finances, and operations. The Board is responsible for ensuring that charitable resources are used responsibly, ethically, and in furtherance of the Foundation’s public benefit purpose. To support transparency, accountability, and compliance with best practices for nonprofit governance, the Foundation has adopted formal policies addressing conflicts of interest, whistleblower protections, document retention and destruction, and donor privacy. These policies are reviewed periodically and are designed to safeguard the integrity of the organization, protect stakeholders, and promote responsible decision-making. The Five-0 Foundation is committed to maintaining public trust through ethical leadership, sound governance, and clear accountability to the communities and individuals it serves.
