Program Type Grantmaking / Financial Support Program Description The Critical Incident & Family Assistance Grants Program provides financial support to qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations whose missions include assisting law enforcement officers and their families affected by critical incidents, line-of-duty injuries, or severe hardship.

The Five-0 Foundation Scholarship Program supports educational achievement by providing charitable scholarship funding to eligible students pursuing higher education. Scholarships are available to children and grandchildren of FOP Lodge 50 members, in accordance with the Foundation’s charitable purpose and eligibility guidelines.
