2026 Five-0 Foundation Scholarship

Now Accepting Applications

The Five-0 Foundation is proud to announce that applications are now open for the 2026 Five-0 Foundation Scholarship Program. This scholarship supports children and grandchildren of FOP Jim Fogleman Lodge 50 members who are pursuing undergraduate education and demonstrating character, commitment, and academic promise. The Lodge member must be a member in good standing for three or more consecutive years for the student to be eligible.

Applications are open to:

• Graduating high school seniors

• Current college students

• Former Five-0 Foundation scholarship recipients, in accordance with renewal rules
